Trials and the first charge

The 60-day trial is free and requires no card to start. Nothing is billed until you subscribe. When you subscribe, the first 12 months are billed at the first-year price, then at the standard price. Shop is free for up to 5 users. For 6–10 users, paid Shop's first year is $10/month for the first user plus $2/month for each additional user (a 10-user shop pays $28/month). Starter is $250 for the first year, Growth $500, and Business $1,000. After the first 12 months, standard prices apply: paid Shop $30/user/month, Starter $3,600/year, Growth $8,400/year, Business $18,000/year. Enterprise stays quoted. Shop is billed monthly. Starter, Growth, and Business are billed annually.

You may request a full refund of the first paid charge within 15 days of that charge — contact billing and we'll process it. After 15 days, that charge is non-refundable except where required by law.

Renewals and cancellation

Plans renew automatically at the standard price after the first 12 months (monthly for Shop, annually for Starter, Growth, and Business). Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Renewals are not pro-rated. Canceling stops future billing; you keep access through the paid term.
